Our approach
Learning is not a straight line.
NuVu students explore real-world challenges in a hands-on studio environment. They use creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration to move from a provocative question to a thoughtfully made outcome.

Brainstorm
Students generate many possible directions before choosing one. Individual, team, and group exercises help them connect early ideas to larger concepts and unexpected possibilities.
Quantity opens the door to quality

Research
Students investigate history, culture, users, and future implications. They connect with experts, challenge assumptions, and build the context needed to make meaningful design decisions.
Look closely before making

Ideas become tangible through sketches, mock-ups, digital models, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. Making gives students something concrete to test, discuss, and improve.
Think with your hands

Iterate
Students explore multiple options through repeated cycles of prototyping, testing, analysis, and refinement. Each version makes the idea clearer and the solution stronger.
